The Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect Programme (VBYCP) is a major nationwide initiative managed through the MY Bharat platform to engage young citizens in the national vision of Viksit Bharat at 2047. The 2026 edition specifically targets the critical issue of substance abuse among youth, aligning public health awareness with national development goals. By conducting outreach in rural, urban, and tribal colleges and universities, the program seeks to transform youth into active contributors to a drug-free, developed nation. This aligns with broader government efforts to utilize youth icons to influence peer behavior and drive social change.
