IOCL NR Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Stipend
Apprentices will receive a stipend as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961, Apprentices Rules, 1992, and applicable guidelines. In addition to the statutory stipend, IOCL will pay โน2,500/- per month towards miscellaneous expenses. For Graduate and Technician Apprentices, the Government's share of stipend is partly transferred through the DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) mechanism.

There will be no written examination and no interview. Candidates registered on the NAPS/NATS portals and meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria will be considered for selection through:
